3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 838jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 838jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 838jili account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 838jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 838jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 838jili may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 838jili may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 838jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both accounts involved.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 838jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These minimums are subject to change at 838jili's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 838jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 838jili account are legally obtained and belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. 838jili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. 838jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
838jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction fees, for which 838jili bears no responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 838jili are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 838jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus terms. Please review the specific promotion terms before making a deposit.

10.1 Platform Availability. 838jili endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 838jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
10.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 838jili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 838jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 838jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by 838jili. 838jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, 838jili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 838jili Platform, you agree to first contact 838jili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.
12.2 Formal Complaints. If your dispute is not resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. 838jili will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.
12.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal or formal complaint process described above.
12.4 PAGCOR Oversight. 838jili operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may seek recourse through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.
838jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 838jili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
